Ramsgate Avenue Apartments

This project takes advantage of the bonus density offered by the City of Los Angeles for transit oriented development. It replaces 6 existing units by 33 units of which 8 are affordable. The design consists of two five story blocks that sit on a landscaped podium deck. The units open through and through to the exterior and the courtyard with intermediate semi-open patios and balconies. The roof terrace provides community space with views of the city, mountains and ocean.
